Before booking:

It is essential that you fall within the target audience of the course to ensure it is relevant to you and aimed at the appropriate level.

Managers are asked to please check dates and times of the sessions before booking to ensure that you or your staff will be available to attend the sessions. The calendar that you have been supplied with, is there for you to record training that you have planned for you and your staff – if you make use of this you will be able to see how many staff members you have out training at any one time.

Choose the course you would like you / your staff member to attend, click on your chosen date, then add to basket. When you view your shopping cart you will see what you are planning to purchase - at this point you can delete a course if you change your mind by clicking on the X at the end of the summary or you can change the number of places you would like to book (it automatically books just the one place), just type in the box the number you would like and then click on the refresh button (two arrows at the side) and this will update your order.

If you are eligible for a discount (PVI settings only) then you should have already logged in, if not you should do this now as the price cannot be reduced beyond this point.

If you are a partner organisation within the children's workforce then you should just continue to buy with the usernames and password that has been provided for your organisation, you will be buying the course at the price stated on screen.
